Dolly Parton’s Lifetime Achievement Award

I remember growing up with my dad listening to Dolly's music and if you asked me she is one of the most talented country music artists. It seems that the woman looks as good today as she did 20 years ago.

Dolly Parton will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Recording Academy, it was announced Wednesday.

A special ceremony will be held during Grammy Week on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, and a formal acknowledgment will be made during the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards telecast, which will be held in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011. The Recording Academy is the organization behind the Grammys.
