Here's proof that you need to be very careful what you write on social media.

If you have Instagram, check your updates in the app store because there is a new feature that might surprise you. If you weren't aware, Facebook owns Instagram; and to challenge the explosion of the popular video app that Twitter brought to the table with Vine, they did what seemed most logical. They brought video to Instagram.

There is nothing worse than a story about a nine-year-old dying of cancer. The best we can hope for out of one is something like this -- overwhelming humanity from strangers in the face of tragedy.

You can waste a good chunk of your life playing Facebook games such as FarmTown, FarmVille and FarmFarm (okay, we made that last one up). However, in the case of an Idaho woman in need of a new kidney, FarmTown ended up saving her life.
