Amarillo’s First .5K Is a Race You Will Actually Want to Do

Yes, you saw that right. We are having a .5k!

Everyone is invited to be a part of the fun of the first annual Amarillo Angels .5k at Town Square Village. This is a fun twisted on a common event, plus it is for a great cause.

The Amarillo Angels mission is to walk alongside children in the foster care system, as well as their caretakers, by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building and mentorship. 

This “strenuous” 1/3 mile course is geared towards all fitness levels, you can walk run or dance your way to the finish line. Halfway through the course, there will be a food and beverage station so you can carb and power-up so you can finish strong.

Finishers of the race will be rewarded with a lovely participation medal, the prestigious .5 white oval decal to display proudly on your rear window AND a commemorative t-shirt.
