I wrote about this article from CNN because as soon as I read it it reminded me of myself. If your like me then you check your phone all the time, your e-mails, facebook and twitter.

If you do check it often then you could have a problem called "Checking Habits." According to a recent study done by the Journal Personal and Ubiquitous Computing. It is when you check your e-mails or other applications such as Twitter or Facebook.

The study shows that reason why you check it so often is because when you get a new e-mail you get exited because it is something new. There is ways you can get rid of the contagious dilemma.

1. Acknowledge you have a problem: This is the first step to acknowledging you have a problem.

2. Have smartphone-free times: Try and stay away from your phone for hours at a time.

3. Have smartphone-free places: Have places where you wont allow yourself to take your phone, a room in the house or etc.
