Melissa is originally from Chicago but she moved to the Panhandle in 1986. She is a graduate of Canyon High School and went on to Amarillo College to learn all she could about radio. She has been on the radio in Amarillo for over twenty years and hopes for many more. She loves music, baseball, (especially her Atlanta Braves and hometown Chicago White Sox) and the Investigation Discovery Channel. She has one daughter, Faith, and one granddaughter, Laila, which you'll probably hear about on the air. You can find her at home cooking. She loves to cook.
