We were lucky enough to be part of an Independence Day celebration of epic proportions!

For most people, the Fourth of July involves fireworks and BBQs. For some people, the celebration in Canyon is what the day revolves around. The Canyon Chamber of Commerce always puts together an amazing day, always kicking things off with the famous pancake breakfast from the local Lions Club and ending it at Kimbrough Stadium for a concert and fireworks.

This year, country band Little Texas brought the house down by playing their smash hits like "God Bless Texas" and more.

But the real event is the Fourth of July parade!

This year almost 30,000 people lined 4th Avenue in Canyon to see over 150 floats from business, clubs, and schools decked out in their best red, white, and blue gear!

Were you and your family celebrating in Canyon this year? See if you can spot yourself in our video!
