Former Perryton High School Student Sues School District

A former Perryton high school student is suing the school district claiming he was injured in a school play.

A former student at Perryton High School said he was injured in the role play rehearses while he was carrying another student on his back. Now the student has decided to sue the school for unspecified damages and attorney fees.

Perryton ISD does the exercise every school year which makes the students play the role of either a Jew or a Nazi, and whoever does not obey the Nazi will fail the test. The student said he seriously injured his back while he was carrying another student on his back and he jumped in the air 2 years ago.

The student filed the suit on Monday against the school.
