Amarillo Is Hosting Another Park Cleanup Day

Recently, the City of Amarillo and the Parks and Recreation Department hosted a cleanup day for some of our city's parks. It was much needed after the flooding we experienced earlier this summer, and the cleanup was for the most part a success.

Now, the City of Amarillo and the Parks and Recreation Department are tackling another one of our city's parks. This time the cleanup up day will be hosted at Southeast Park.

Heads up. It's coming up quick. As I'm writing this, it kicks off in less than 24 hours.

That's not a lot of time to plan, however, if you were planning on heading to a park tomorrow morning anyways...might as well jump in and help if you can.

The cleanup event kicks off at 9AM.
