First, the most popular drink in Texas, according to the study done by The Ice Maker Hub, is the Old Fashioned. Based on current trends, Texans are going to be asking for Old Fashioneds for the entirety of fall.
The second most popular drink in Texas, which is only surprising because it wasn't number one, is the margarita. Going for margs is just about as Texan as you can get.

The espresso martini is just the "I actually got my college degree" version of a vodka-Red Bull. It's basically a vodka martini with some coffee liqueur and a shot of espresso.
