As the school year winds down in Amarillo, it can only mean one thing. It's high school baseball playoff time, and the Amarillo & Canyon area schools have had a lot of success on the diamond this year.

Several of the teams in the area are heading into the playoffs after dominating district play, and they looked prime to make a deep run this season.

You might remember last season when Randall went on an amazing 32-game win streak and ran all the way down to the state playoffs in Austin. They'll be looking to repeat that success this season. Other schools that look primed for a run this season are Amarillo High, Canyon High, and West Plains High.

They aren't the only ones participating in district either. Tascosa and Caprock are both looking to try and put some tough seasons behind them and try to right the ship and make a surprise run in the playoffs.

Here is the schedule for all the Amarillo and Canyon area high schools so you can either keep up on what's happening or maybe even make it out to a game or two and support these boys as they begin their run.

Some of our high schools will be playing away from home for all three games.
