More sad news out of Hollywood today, following last week's loss of 'That '70s Show' actress Lisa Robin Kelly, as former 'Famous Jett Jackson' star Lee Thompson Young has been found dead at the age of 29. The former Disney Channel star had currently been appearing in TNT's 'Rizzoli & Isles,' while his death is believed to be suicide based on evidence at the scene.

TMZ first reported the news of Young's passing, publicizing that the actor was found dead of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound inside his Los Angeles home. Young failed to report for work on the set of 'Rizzoli & Isles' this morning, before the staff tasked Young's landlord with checking up on the actor and ultimately finding the body.

In addition for his recognizable titular role in 'The Famous Jett Jackson,' Young had also appeared on 'Smallville' as superhero Cyborg, as well as failed ABC drama 'FlashForward,' his character coincidentally committing suicide. Young also played running back Chris Comer in the original 2004 film adaptation of 'Friday Night Lights.'

Authorities believe the death to be a suicide, though information on Young's death will continually arrive in the hours to come. It's another tragic loss of a rising star, so feel free to leave remembrances of Lee Thompson Young in the comments.
