Marshawn Lynch Is Now The Man When It Comes To Skittles
To celebrate a deal with the Seahawks' trip to the Super Bowl, Skittles will produce a limited edition bag called the "Seattle mix" full of just blue and green candies that will be auctioned off to a few fans. The proceeds will go to Lynch's charity, the Fam 1st Family Foundation.
The Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch has had a love for Skittles candy since playing pee wee football thanks to his mom. Skittles is now making the relationship a bit more formal by signing Lynch to an endorsement deal this week. It is a common sight to see Skittles rain down from the stands at CenturyLink field when Lynch scores a touchdown.
A few other bags of the Seattle Mix Skittles will also be given away during surprise events across Seattle. Skittles also will donate $10,000 to Lynch's charity for every touchdown he scores in the Super Bowl on Sunday.
