I recently asked a ton of local parents and primary caregivers about the best way to do Halloween in the Texas Panhandle.

I got a TON of feedback on their best tips to make trick or treating easier. See what they said below.

One thing that I thought was interesting was that a lot of the parents said they skip tradition trick or treat and attend St. Stephens Fall Festival. Many said they never miss it!

When I asked if they had their own church or social groups that had similar events they responded that they attend those events as well, but St. Stephens is the best!

If you want to see what all the rage is about you can attend The St. Stephen Methodist Church Fall Festival on Wednesday. October 30th from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m..

Come enjoy trick or treating in a safe atmosphere, along with games and Halloween activities for the kids.

You won't have to worry about cooking dinner, just get off work and get to the fun! They will be offering a warm chili dinner and a pie shop to those in attendance.

Admission is free but dinner and pie will cost extra to help cover the cost of the event. So bring a friend and start a new fall tradition in your family!

For more information and to stay up to date on weather changes, be sure to follow their event page on Facebook!
