Sod Poodles Having Post-Game Auction To Benefit Midland-Odessa

Tonight at Hodgetown, the Sod Poodles will be having a post-game auction of their blue "Soddies" jerseys. The auction will benefit the victims of the recent tragedy in Midland-Odessa.

According to a press release, the auction will immediately follow tonight's game. There will be 13 jerseys for you to bid on. The auction will be held on the Fairly Group Club Level of Hodgetown.

Bids will also be taken on the LiveSource app until Sunday at 10pm.

The jerseys will feature a "West Texas Strong" patch on the sleeve, and the jerseys will be signed. The jerseys will be available at the conclusion of the post-season.

All of the money raised will be given directly to the Odessa Chamber of Commerce to be given to victims and families for medical and funeral costs.

The Sod Poodles lost last night to the Midland RockHounds, and will seek to tie up the series tonight. First pitch is at 7:05pm.
