We have all heard of that one friend who says they were beaten or attacked by a cop.  It seems unlikely because cops are suppose to be the helpers.  Well, this cop in Chicago seems to take his authority to another level.

Sure, baby squirrels are a little weird looking, but so's our cousin Jon, and we don't go around pepper spraying him anytime he approaches a bunch of middle schoolers. (Wait, that sounds weird. You get what we mean....)

At one point or another, we've all witnessed cops ignoring parking rules, but a 12-year-old boy named Jeremy Drew actually decided to do something about it. And, he got it all on tape. Way to go kid! Maybe there's a future for you in internal affairs.

Following a long night out in his hometown of Vero Beach, Fla. on Cinco de Mayo — which ultimately ended with him being cuffed and detained by police — Jake Owen took to Twitter Sunday morning to apologize for the comments he made while he was worked up about the incident.
