Toby Keith Joins ‘The Voice’ Finalist Dexter Roberts for ‘That’s Country Bro’ on Finale [WATCH]

If The Voice finalist Dexter Roberts can make it through every country name included in Toby Keith's latest single, "That's Country Bro," he just might have what it takes to bring home the show's trophy. Fortunately, the would-be winner had help from Keith himself onstage during part two of the show's season finale on Tuesday evening (May 21.)

Before Keith and Roberts took the stage, a short clip rolled highlighting coach Blake Shelton's inability to remember -- and pronounce! -- the Voice hopeful's hometown, Fayette, Ala.

Next, Roberts and Keith roared through a performance of "That's Country Bro," harmonizing perfectly on the chorus. When he sang the title line, "That's country, bro!", Keith pointed towards Roberts. Additionally, at the end of a long list of performers who are solid gold country, Keith sang "And Festus...and Dexter."

With three of the four finalists coming from Shelton's team, country was well-represented on Tuesday night's episode, but no contestant was better qualified to name-check the legends of "That's Country Bro" than Roberts.

On part one of the finale on Monday (May 20), he duetted with Shelton for the classic Brooks & Dunn track, "Hard Workin' Man." In the same show, he also performed Randy Houser's "Anything Goes"; Roberts also previously covered Tim McGraw's "Something Like That," Luke Combs' "Hurricane" and more. In the show's blind auditions, all four of the show's coaches turned their chairs around for his performance of Houser's "Like a Cowboy."

In addition to releasing "That's Country Bro," Keith recently revealed all the dates and details for his upcoming 2019 That's Country Bro! Tour, which is scheduled to kick off on May 26 at the Tree Town Music Festival in Forest City, Iowa. The run will extend through November.
