If you haven't yet cried today, perhaps you should give this video a watch. With the backing of some familiar faces from the show (and even a few unfamiliar behind-the-scenes-types), '30 Rock' unleashed their love letter unto Tina Fey.

Looks as if those Tina naysayers and bashers have reason to hold back on their criticisms and opinions, because thanks to the cast and crew over at the now retired NBC hit, we're finally being given an insiders look on the show's creator, executive producer, writer and star. And the verdict is -- the woman is unbelievable. In fact, "She's a champion."
