    Scenic View

Hunter Mountain is not only one of the coolest country music festival venues in the U.S., it's one of the most beautiful, too. Even when one of your favorite country music acts isn't onstage at the 2016 Taste of Country Music Festival, or you're not taking in any of the on-site food or activities, there's always the spectacular beauty of the natural amphitheater -- nestled in the mountains in rural New York State -- to keep you entertained.

    Chair Lift

What better way to enjoy the natural beauty of Hunter Mountain than by riding the chair lift at the 2016 Taste of Country Music Festival? Talk about a bird's eye view ... you not only get to drink in the scenery from the best vantage point, you also save yourself a whole lot of walking.

    Campground Parties

One of the coolest things about the annual Taste of Country Music Festival is the campground party. This year's campground party takes place on Thursday night (June 9), so if you're going to be camping for the festivities, make sure you load in early so you can get down to the Bud Light Stage by 6PM to see special sets from Dylan Jakobsen, Logan Brill and Amanda Watkins. This is one event you must have a camping pass to attend!

    William Michael Morgan

There are plenty of great artists at the 2016 Taste of Country Festival, but William Michael Morgan is one that fans who think traditional country music is dead really need to see. The young rising performer is a hat-wearing, down-home act whose debut single, "I Met a Girl," and straight-ahead delivery are reminiscent of a young George Strait, and he'll play the Ram Guts & Glory Stage at 1:30PM on June 11.

    Kenny Chesney

Of course, the Taste of Country Music Festival always has the hottest headliners in country music, and this year is no exception. One of the hands-down can't miss moments for 2016 is sure to be Kenny Chesney's headlining set on Saturday night (June 11.) Chesney is one of the all-time live favorites for country fans, selling out huge venues and stadiums everywhere he plays, and this year he'll bring new music to Hunter Mountain. He'll release Some Town Somewhere in July, and you can look for his brand-new single, "Noise," in his set, as well as a mile-long list of classic hits and fan favorites.
