In California a plastic surgeon named Michael Niccole is going to perform plastic surgery on his daughter Brittani for her 18th birthday. He said he feels comfortable performing the surgery on his daughter because he has done surgery for many of his family member.

Niccole has performed surgery on his son's, his wife, his cousin's, and his father.
