Have you ever found yourself deep into a murder mystery book or movie, and you already know who committed the crime? Are you an expert at solving mysteries before the end? Well, if you are a huge whodunit fan, you now have a chance to immerse yourself in a murder mystery.

The Case: A Backstage Murder in 1984

Coming up on Friday, June 19th, find yourself in the middle of an 80s murder mystery, Killer Track.

Here's the background:

It's 1984. Pop sensation Stella "Starfire" St. James is on the verge of stardom when her bodyguard is found dead backstage, a shattered trophy beside him and her career-making mixtape missing. The club is locked down. Everyone's a suspect.

What Makes Killer Track Different From Other Mystery Dinners

This isn't a dinner theater. It's a CLUE-style event. The event will kick off with a 5-minute opening skit, then guests will get a case file. You will get to compete against other tables to find out who the killer is. It's an interactive evening where you're investigating, not just watching.

To make it completely immersive, you get to dress in your best 80s outfit. We're talking big hair, punk rock, neon, Miami Vice style, leggings, etc.

The murder goes down, and the mystery starts on Friday, June 19, at Cactus Cove Inn and Suites. Doors will open at 6 pm, and dinner will start at 7 pm. Not only will you be solving a mystery, but you will get to enjoy a delicious dinner.

What Is on the Menu at Killer Track

Chef Bud Anderson will prepare dinner. The menu includes:

  • Salad of fresh greens, cucumbers and cherub tomatoes with a choice of Ranch or Raspberry Vinaigrette
  • Spice-rubbed pork loin w/Peach Chipotle sauce
  • Herb-grilled red potatoes
  • Grilled Summer Veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, carrots and mushrooms)
  • Roll and Butter
