The thing about Amarillo is that the city is working 24/7. Many people don't work a normal 8 - 5 job. Many people report to work while the rest of us are going to be sleeping all night. Those of us who work during the normal day have the option to go and enjoy happy hour.

Others enjoy hanging out at the bar until 2 AM, while others work at 2 AM and would like to have the same opportunity to enjoy a cocktail after a long, hard day of work.
