Amarillo Native Is In the Top Five Finalists For Kelly Ripa’s New Co-Host

Jason Crespin could be the new Michael Strahan.

Kelly Ripa has been searching for a new co-host since Strahan quit the show, "Live!

With Kelly and Michael" a few months ago. Instead of doing a normal interview process, the show decided to put on a national contest and allow people from across the country to submit audition tapes.

Jason Crespin, who has worked at the Amarillo Little Theater for over 10 years, was accepted into the competition after submitting his first audition tape. Then, he made it into the top 20 contestants last week. Thanks to all of the votes from our community, Jason is now in the final five and will be traveling to New York City for an interview with the show's producers!
