One of the big things about Amarillo is its constant growth.  Amarillo is continually growing and businesses are popping up all over the city.  One of the largest growing areas in Amarillo is the southwest.

Soncy Road is continuously growing and it doesn't seem to be stopping.   It keeps expanding south towards and past Hillside Road.

There is a piece of land between Hillside and the entrance to The Colonies off Soncy.  The street is called Patriot Drive and it is about to explode with new businesses.  A new business park is being built

Patriot Park Commercial Development is Coming to Soncy

Lyite Development is currently working on a commercial business development called Patriot Park.  It will be an upscale business park next door to The Colonies.  Customers will be able to buy or rent spaces in the area.

Patriot Park will be the New Home of Awaken Medical Aesthetics.  They announced recently that they have teamed up with Lyite Development and will soon be moving into a stand-alone building.  They are currently located in Town Square.

The project is expected to cost $3.1 million. If construction goes as planned it should be completed by April 2026.
