Back in the day, Bealls was a staple in Amarillo.  So much, that Amarillo had at least 3 different Bealls stores scattered throughout the city.  The beginning of the end of Bealls in Amarillo was in 2019.   Now keep in mind Bealls was owned by Stage at that time.

Bealls is opening again in Amarillo.    As I mentioned earlier, the former Bealls stores in Amarillo were owned by Stage.  The new Bealls is owned by Bealls Inc.  They purchased the name rights when Stage filed for bankruptcy.  You'll notice that the new store name is lowercase, bealls

When is bealls Opening?

The grand opening of the new bealls store in Amarillo is coming up on Thursday, March 28th.   The first 100 people through the door on March 28th will receive a $5, $10, $20, or $50 bealls gift card.   Plus a chance to register to win a $100 bealls gift card during the grand opening!
