Brittney Spears Is Engaged !

The pop princess is going to be a Mrs. for the second time. Brittney, who just turned 30 said yes to long time boyfriend and former agent Jason Trawick  Thursday night.

Jason got down on bended knee on Thursday evening, which also happened to be his 40th birthday.

"He surprised her after she gave him his gifts and after they had cake," an insider tells People.

Brit's sons, Sean, 6, and Jayden, 5, witnessed the event.

As for the ring, they say they'll keep it simple and classy and under 4 carats. Brittney is probably just glad she won't be paying for it herself like she did with babydaddy and 2nd husband Kevin Federline.
