Cheesecake HSTL Is Back in Amarillo and Reopening This Sunday

We are always sad when a beloved business in Amarillo closes. However, we are ecstatic when that popular business reopens and brings the goods.

Back in November 2025, Cheesecake HSTL announced it would be closing its popular food truck in Amarillo. They announced their last public appearance on November 13, 2025, and their final private event on the next day. Then, in January, they put their food truck up for sale, marking the end of their delicious cheesecake and food in Amarillo.

That is, until it wasn't.

Cheesecake HSTL Makes a Surprise Return to Amarillo

Here's the good news: Cheesecake HSTL is back in Amarillo, and they are reopening the food truck. If your heart broke into tiny pieces when you heard they were closing, it's time to put it together again with cheesecake.

Where and When to Find Cheesecake HSTL This Sunday

They are reopening their food truck this Sunday, May 2nd. They will be at Revolve Lounge, 3703 Wolflin, from 11 am - 3 pm.

They are just bringing their cheesecake menu to this one until they are back up and fully running.  So if you have been missing their creamy cheesecake deliciousness, here is what they will be serving up on Sunday.
