On Saturday, November 18th Mix 94.1 is taking over the Amarillo Botanical Gardens and bringing out some friends to kick off Amarillo's Official Christmas Music Station.

The doors to the event will open at 9 a.m. with vendors selling up some amazing items perfect for putting under the tree or in a stocking or something sweet to snack on.

Then at 10 am, Santa Claus will be joining Mix 94.1 to flip the switch to the Sounds of the Season. Amarillo's Mix 94.1 will become Amarillo's Official Christmas Music station. All your Christmas music favorites, all season long. Whether you are cooking up a delicious meal, decorating the tree, shopping, or working, Mix 94.1 will have all your Christmas favorites, 24/7 around the clock. Christmas music to make your holidays bright and full of cheer.

Santa will be on-site visiting with the kiddos making his list and taking pictures. Bring the kids and bring the cameras to capture this sweet moment. Santa will have to sneak back to the North Pole at noon to check on the elves and the workshop.

Every year they open the gates over the holidays and thousands of people come through to see this magical holiday world.
