A Utah FedEx employee found himself in hot water and charged with a threat of terrorism. This after he delivered a package and said it was likely a bomb.

This FedEx driver has been charged by prosecutors after jokingly referring to a package he was delivering saying 'It's likely a bomb'. He was delivering the package to an Army base.

The charges filed Wednesday show the FedEx driver was dropping off a package on September 20th at Camp Williams. The package was being delivered to an Army Corps of Engineers.

Prosecutors say that when he was dropping of the package a woman asked him what was in it. He replied that it was probably a bomb. 215 people were then evacuated from the building.

The driver was identified as Kevin Coleman by local news media.

He is charged with 3rd Count Of Felony Terrorism Threat.
