Kirk John Tinney, 35, was arrested in St. Lucie, FLA on charges of disorderly intoxication and breach of peace according to the HuffingtonPost.com

Police were called to the house of Tinney around 10:45 p.m. He was outside in the middle of the street yelling racial slurs and cursing out loud.

Police told the suspect to go back inside of his house and he complied. Although once inside the house he opened a window and started blaring music while singing what could have possibly been JB & The Moonshine Band's song "Ain't Goin' Back To Jail."

But little did Tinney know he would in fact be heading to jail later on that night. Police were called back to his house just a few hours later after they received a call stating Tinney was blaring music yet again and cursing out loud.

JB & The Moonshine Band will be performing LIVE at the Taste of Country Christmas Tour 2012: Saturday, December 15th, 8pm at the Midnight Rodeo, 45th & Georgia. Tickets $15; buy your tickets now here.
