Do you remember how fun reading Dr. Seuss books was?  The rhymes and tongue twisters set with bizarre characters?  The High Plains Food Bank is taking you back to that time with an awesome breakfast in the author's honor.

The HPFB is hosting an awesome 'Green Eggs and Ham' breakfast.  We all know that Dr. Seuss's birthday is March 2nd so this is perfect.

On Saturday, March 4th the HPFB will be hosting two breakfast parties for the kids.  It will include green eggs and ham, characters, activities, nutrition education and more.  There will be time slots, 8am and 10 am and it will be held at the Kids Cafe Kitchen, 2199 SE 8th Avenue here in Amarillo.

If you are interested, it costs only a $7 donation but feel free to make a larger donation if you want to.  Space is very limited, so you'll need to hurry.  To make reservations, email maribel@hpfb.org.
