Hud's Food Truck for Sale Is this the End for Wolflin Location

One of the best local restaurants in Amarillo is Hud's. Hud's is one of the best places to go when you want a great burger. Oh and let us not forget about one of the best cherry limes in the entire city. I don't know what Hud's puts in those cherry limes but they are AMAZING. Not only do they have regular cherry limes they also make a diet cherry lime if you are watching your waist line. If you are feeling frisky you should try their Purple Haze, it's just as amazing as the cherry lime.

If you are looking for some great food, their chicken bits spicy or regular are to die for, they are perfectly cooked chunks of chicken you can dip in gravy and enjoy your food heaven. They also have a large menu with burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, and breakfast. They have some of the best breakfast burritos in Amarillo. That's evident on a Friday or weekend when the drive-thru line is stretched out into the street.

Hud's even has a food truck that they placed in a new location on Wolflin.

However, I have to question the fact that something may be amiss with the new location because the food truck was for sale on Facebook Marketplace.

The post reads:

For sale 2016 heavy duty dual axle Cargocraft Food Trailer. Fully loaded, all the equipment was bought new a little over a year ago, two door build table, 4ft Accutemp grill, freezer, 2 self cleaning fryers, fire suppression system, hood vent, intercom system, Toast POS system, equipped with Wi-Fi, comes with three propane tanks, clean and dirty water tank and sinks, mini split.

The pictures of the food truck are from the food truck out in front of Wolflin. Does this mean the end for the Wolflin location?

Before you panic!

It's possible that this isn't the end of the Hud's Wolflin location, but something better.

I reached out to owner Marcus Calderon to see if he could offer up some insight and he did.
