Jorge Dionicio Hernandez is in the country illegally from Mexico.  In 2009 Hernandez was convicted of multiple of Driving while intoxicated in Harris County.  He was removed from the US in September 2009.  In July 2021, Hernandez was arrested by Houston police for a false driver's license/ID.  Then in January 2022, Harris County issued a warrant for Indency with a Child By Sexual Contact.
