The Knife Guys had been a part of the Westgate Mall scene for over a decade. On December 31, 2023, they closed their doors at Westgate Mall and started remodeling their new location at 3700 Soncy Road. The new location is right next to O'Reilly Auto Parts and near the new Five Guys Restaurant.

The Knife Guys has a store in Bushland that served the Amarillo population after closing the store in Westgate Mall, and they have a store in Lubbock.
