Grand Opening: Ziggi’s Coffee Launches New Shop Near Canyon

It's no secret that the area between Amarillo and Canyon is growing. One of the biggest areas of growth in this great city is on VFW Road. What was once a shortcut to Amarillo off Highway 60 has now grown into a busy mecca of its own.

Neighborhoods have popped up in this area, and businesses are choosing to build along this road.

Back in February 2024, we shared with you that a coffee shop would soon be opening on that road. That coffee shop is finished and ready to serve up some great coffee.

Ziggi's Coffee is Opening Near Canyon

The new Ziggi's Coffee will open its doors to the public on Tuesday, June 10th.  If you travel on VFW Road on the way to work and you want a great coffee, then make sure you give yourself some time to hop in the driveway at the new Ziggi's Coffee.

What Kind of Drinks and Food Does Ziggi's Coffee Serve?

Ziggi's Coffee has a large menu including specialty coffees, chai, and teas. They also have smoothies, Italian sodas, Fresherz, and Energy Infusions. Their most recent menu item is a Dirty Soda.

Ziggi's Coffee also has a great food menu that includes breakfast sandwiches and burritos, paninis, and baked goods.  Oh, and they have cake pops!
