A North Rowan High School teacher is taking fire for telling a student that he could be arrested for being critical of President Obama.

In the video below this teacher and student have a very heated argument that was caught on tape in which the student refers to a piece of president Obama’s book “Dreams From My Father” where Obama talks about pushing a girl.

It also references the recent stories about the Mitt Romney “bullying” a kid in high school. The teacher and student both are very vocal in the argument. It is obvious that the teacher is in full support of Obama while the student has a different outlook.

During the conversation you can here the teacher say “Do you realize that people were arrested for saying things bad about Bush?” the teacher said toward the end of the argument, telling the student, “you are not supposed to slander the president.”

There was even more heated dialog as well.

“He’s just a man. Obama is no god,” the student said.

The teacher responded: “Let me tell you something … you will not disrespect the president of the United States in this classroom.”
