One Cattle Rustler Would Like To Be Hanged Instead Of Serving Prison Time!

A Cattle Rustler would rather have the money spent on education, and taking care of the elderly, instead of being spent on him in prison.

The convicted cattle rustler said he wants to "die with his spurs and boots on". He was convicted of stealing cattle and sentenced back in 2004, he has a rare type of diabetes.

Some of his wishes before be hangs himself were he wants to built the equipment for his hanging, he want to go out with his spurs and boots on, and he want to be sitting on his saddle on his his horse. He also has 2 children and wants to spend 2 hours with them before he is hung.

With that being said it probably will not happen. There is only 2 crimes for which the death penalty will be ensued. Cattle Rustling is not one of them.
