‘Counting Stars’ by One Republic is The Greatest Song Out Right Now

"Counting Stars," one of the newest songs by the band One Republic, has turned out to be an enormous hit for them. With over 140 million views as of now on YouTube's Vevo channel and the number three spot on Billboard's hot 100 list, it seems this song will be staying with us a little longer. Though it is currently my favorite song in the top 40s, there's somethings that's been bothering about this song. Does anybody else hear a slight screeching noise that repeats over and over throughout the song? Even with this I still really enjoy the song, more than the current number one song "Timber" by Pitbull and Ke$ha. Here's the video below.
