After the massive exodus of restaurants leaving Amarillo last year, it's nice to see a new crop of restaurants popping up all over the Yellow City and the surrounding areas.

Less than 7 months after the announcement that this restaurant was opening in Amarillo, the opening day is finally here.

What Kind of Food Does Qdoba Serve?

Get ready to sink your teeth into burritos, bowls, quesadillas, nachos and so much more.  The great thing about it is you get to build them to your liking, with your favorite protein, flavors, and delicious additions.

Qdoba Doesn't Charge You Extra for Queso and Guacamole

That is they don't charge you to add it to your food like other restaurants.  Now if you just want chips and guac or chips and queso then yes that will be a charge, but if you want your burrito with queso, then yes it's free, if you want a dollop of guacamole on your bowl then yes, it's free.

You can dine in or drive-thru and to make it easier you can order online.

Qdoba is located at 5900 S. Bell across from United Supermarkets and next to Optimum. They are open 10 am - 10 pm each day.  Keep in mind this is a new restaurant, and you'll want to show some grace as they work out the kinks in the next few weeks.

We've always said this location has been cursed, but if anyone can break the curse, Qdoba can!

The Curse Continues on the Amarillo Buidling - 5900 SW 45th

Amarillo is full of great buildings, however, some buildings hold a curse. A curse that causes a revolving door of business. Here is the Curse of 5900 SW 45th.
