Who is Texas' Most Wanted Fugitive Ramon Alberto Artola Jr.?

Ramon Alberto Artola Jr. is a white (Hispanic) male, 43 years old; he is 5 ft 6 in tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has identifying marks that include a left forearm scar and tattoos on his head, neck, back, both arms, and left hand.

Artola does not have any known aliases at this time.

Artola's Criminal History

In 2001, Artola was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child involving a 5-year-old girl in Jefferson County. He was given 10 years' probation. In 2002, he violated his probation and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. As a registered sex offender, Artola is required to register annually. On June 1, 2026, Jefferson County issued a warrant for the arrest of Artola for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, reckless driving, and driving while intoxicated.

His criminal history also includes assault causing bodily injury.

Artola's last known location was Groves, Texas, and he has ties to Jefferson County, including Port Arthur.
