Amarillo's Rustic Farms Closed, Property Now For Sale

If you have ever traveled the access road or exited Paramount in Amarillo, then you have probably driven by Rustic Farms a thousand times. Rustic Farms was a cute store that sold metal art. It was a small corner store that had Mexican pottery, metal yard art, and seasonal decor for your home or business.

A Familiar Stop at a Busy Amarillo Corner

It was the cutest store, and it had been a part of that Amarillo corner for years. Rustic Farms was open Tuesdays - Saturdays from 10 am - 6 pm and was the perfect place to find that one-of-a-kind item for your home, garden, or patio that would add a little flair.

The small building had a fenced yard where you could find homemade metal art of just about anything: flowers, goats, gnomes, dinosaurs, cacti, signs, and even pig planters. Most people who got stuck at that traffic light spent those few minutes picking out what they would put in their yard.

The Crash That Damaged the Fence

Then on a weekend in February 2026, a drunk driver plowed through their fence and into the rubble of Batteries Plus, which had been hit by a semi and destroyed just a year earlier.

The Stock Slowly Disappeared

Rustic Farms patched the fence, but a lot of their stock disappeared piece by piece, and by last week when I drove by, the yard was empty. A for sale sign sat in their small parking lot. This cute yard art store is gone.

The Property Is Now for Sale

The property is for sale if you are looking for a cute boutique area with a yard. However, be prepared for the dangers of being right off the Paramount and I-40 exit. The cost of the property is $249,000.

Still Listed as Open Online

If you look at their Google listing, it still shows them as open, as well as their Facebook page, which still shows their hours, but their last post on social media was for Thanksgiving 2025.

The yard now sits empty with the remnants of the wreck still showing on the fence.

The store is still connected to a wholesale website, with the same logo and product types, but with a minimum purchase of $2,000. The warehouse shown in many pictures and videos may still be up and running, but the little store is gone.
