Mardi Gras

Or as they say in Louisiana Laissez Le Bon Temps Rouler! It's that time of year for a Mardi Gras Party.

Oh yes Mardi Gras is almost here. In fact don't miss the fun on Tuesday, March 1st. Of course than directly after is Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent. Ahhhh but Fat Tuesday is the day we are counting down to.

Do you know of anything big happening in town for Mardi Gras this year?

So early on in 2020 things already hit Family Support Services hard. Their office in Downtown Amarillo had a fire. A lot of damages occurred. In fact their building was destroyed. So they already had to find a place to home them.

This is what I love about our community. Something tragic happens and we come together to help out our own. Every single time.

One of the biggest parties of the year takes place every February in New Orleans. When you talk about New Orleans, you talk about Mardi Gras. Some of us have never been to Mardi Gras and never will, but that doesn't mean we can't celebrate Mardi Gras in New Orleans style and the Family Support Services does that every single year.

Mardi Gras is one of the biggest talked about parties.  It's a fun event that takes place in New Orleans every year.  However, why let all those folks in New Orleans have all the fun.  Now you can party Mardi Gras style while helping out Family Support Services.

It's almost Mardi Gras time, and if you can't make it down to New Orleans I highly recommend Mardi Gras DFW !
