I don't care how old you are the moment you walk through the gates of Wonderland you automatically become a kid again. All the rides. All the fun.

You take the family out to Wonderland. Sure it might rain but many times when we have a decent chance we end up with not a drop. I get it. Plus it might be a night that your work planned their company picnic. You don't want to miss the fun.

Wonderland Park is somewhere I think we all grew up at. I know I loved going as a kid when I moved to the area back in 1986. I spent many nights there in high school too. Once my daughter was born I couldn't wait to introduce her to the rides.

In a year of uncertainty this is one of those decisions that make sense. Our Drive in Theater, Tascosa Drive In, is for sale. I get it. Now is the time. The owners are looking to retire and making those plans now.

Amusements parks and carnivals in counties with more than 1,000 cases can scale up to 50% capacity June 19. That includes Wonderland Park.

2020 has been a roller coaster year, and not the fun type of roller coaster.
