New Food Truck in Fritch, Texas, Is Already Selling Out
Back in February, a new food truck opened, bringing Asian street food with a Filipino influence. It's called Texapinos. Since opening, the buzz is real, and they're selling out most days.
Meet the Amarillo Chef Behind Texapinos Food Truck
This new food truck is led by Amarillo native Chef Brandon Wright. He has a background in fine dining, spending time in Hill Country kitchens, and even working in a butcher shop and smokehouse in San Marcos. Now he's back in the Texas Panhandle and closer to home.
He has brought his culinary expertise to Fritch and is focusing on quality ingredients and bold flavors, while continuing to grow as a chef.
Everything from the dishes to the sauces is made from scratch, and you can see the attention to detail he puts into every dish. These bold dishes bring a Texas-Asian flair.
