It's no wonder that people are addicted to their smartphones.

For example, remember the last time you misplaced your phone?  You freaked out, didn't you?  The panic started rising inside, and your stomach started hurting a little bit because a very expensive piece of you disappeared.

If you truly lost your phone remember how lost you felt until you were able to get a replacement.  You were completely disconnected from everyone and everything, except for those you saw in person.

Texans spend a lot of time on their phones, but those from Arizona spend the most time. The average Arizonan spends 8 hours and 50 minutes on their phone each. Those who live in Kansas spend the least amount of time on their phone an average of 5 hours and 27 minutes.

It's crazy that we spend so much time on our phones.   Most of us are at the Texas average with spending that much time, watching TikToks, scrolling through Facebook, X, or Instagram, streaming TV, movies and music, and watching YouTube.   It takes up a lot of our time.
