Amarillo is full of really great breakfast spots, but it can always use more.  You cannot have too many places to grab a really good breakfast.

A new restaurant is coming to Amarillo that will tempt your breakfast and lunch tastebuds.

The Toasted Yolk Cafe is Opening in Amarillo

The name just makes you crave a really good breakfast and that's what you'll get with The Toasted Yolk Cafe. They aren't only bringing breakfast, they are also bringing brunch and lunch.

At the Toasted Yolk Café, we sometimes have to wonder: What’s so great about dinner? The foods we love best all arrive before 3 p.m.

The Toasted Yolk breakfast menu includes your classic favorites but has a full menu of Arnold's.  You may be asking, What is an Arnold?  It's their eggs benedict, but it's a whole menu of delicious variations. Oh, and they have Shrimp and Grits.

If that doesn't have you drooling, a peek at their lunch menu will make you wish they were already open.  They have a large selection of soups, sandwiches, and salads.  However, their appetizers will catch your eye with the Fried Banana Peppers.  Have you ever had a fried banana pepper?

They also have a seasonal menu that changes with the seasons and months.  You can't have a great breakfast, brunch, or lunch without a great drink and their drink menu is full of both regular drinks and creative alcoholic beverages.

Since they are only open until 3 pm, they offer Toasted After Dark, which is an opportunity for you to book events or parties.

The Toasted Yolk Cafe will be Located in Patriot Park Amarillo

The new upscale business development will also include The Toasted Yolk Cafe.  It will be located on South Souncy and Patriot Drive.

When is The Toasted Yolk Opening in Amarillo?

We do know that they will be coming to Amarillo because they have Amarillo listed on their location site as coming soon. We did reach out to The Toasted Yolk for further details, but at the time of publishing, we had not received an answer to our inquiry.  However, as soon as we find the opening date, we'll share it with you.
