This new apartment complex will be a 3-story apartment complex with 73 apartment units of various sizes.

Tuscany Parkway Apartments will cost $7 million to build and it is expected to be finished by the end of 2025. If you are looking for a new lease in a year you might seriously look into these new apartments. They are fairly centrally located and who knows, might just be your perfect home.

With this apartment complex being built in The Colonies off Coulter, expect this place to be on the higher end of rental prices.

Get ready for a new choice in a location to live off Coulter, and be surrounded by great restaurants shopping, and many choices for coffee. You'll have an apartment in a great neighborhood.

The Eerie Abandoned Puckett Place Apartments of Amarillo

The Puckett Place apartments at 3447 Amherst St. have been a vacant and in disrepair for well over a decade. The building has finally been slated for renovation and at long last, Puckett Place will see a new life.
