What Do You Get When You Mix Sonic With Sharks?

I love to use my apps to place orders and I'm an avid user of the Sonic app.  I noticed the other day that they had a special slush available for purchase.

Their special slush is the Shark Week Slush I thought hmmm, this could be interesting, so I ordered one just to see what it was all about.

It's a blue coconut slush with strawberry puree on top, with gummy sharks set on top.

It's quite clever.  It literally looks like the sharks tore some living thing apart and that pieces of the bloody carcass are just floating on top of the water.

I will admit, I just got a small size because I didn't need anything bigger than that, but if you order it in a medium-size, it comes in a clear cup, and you can see the strawberry puree, slowly seep into the blue coconut, so it looks like the blood of the kill is mixing with the water.

Again, it's an ingenious idea.  This is something the kids will love because it has that awesome factor mixed in with the gross.  You know kids love that.  Heck, I love it.

So what does it taste like?  The slush is what you would expect from a blue coconut slush, but when it mixes with the actual strawberries, it gives you that extra kick of flavor.

The gummy sharks are tasty but keep in mind they have been floating on top of a frozen drink so they are going to be a bit hard to eat.
