
What Happened to Amarillo’s Alexandria Lilly? Potter County Sheriffs Still Looking for Her Murderer
Sometimes crimes happen and they stump investigators. There are several homicides that have occurred in Amarillo that have never been solved. Unfortunately, this may be another one to add to the list.

On November 13, 2022, Potter County Sheriffs were alerted to a body found on North Givens Avenue. North Givens Avenue runs between North Western and Highway 287 in North Amarillo.
Shortly after arriving on the scene Potter County Sheriffs were able to identify the body to be 27-year-old Alexandria Nicole Lilly. When found, she had a gunshot wound to her chest. Alexandria's death was the 26th homicide in Amarillo in 2022.
What happened to Alexandria Lilly?
As of August 2023, Potter County Sheriffs are still looking for any information that could help them find out who killed Alexandria Lilly. In fact, they recently up the reward for information concerning the death of Alexandria.
Alexandria Lilly was full of life and had a big personality.
Alexandria was beautiful person inside and out, who marched to the beat of her own drum. She loved her friends, her family, and especially her children. Alexandria also loved to watch scary movies, eat hot sauce and she loved her music. She was constantly taking pictures of her kids and taking selfies. Alexandria was very opinionated, strong willed, funny and truly had a good heart. She would stand up for herself and for what was right. Alexandria liked to laugh and be silly with her loved ones. She had a passion for animals, she was always trying to rescue animals in need. Alexandria will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Alexandria also has a memorial on the website GunMemorial.org, and many people have left comments remembering.
