As Amarillo continues to grow and new businesses continue to come into the city, the city will keep expanding outwards.  The bigger the houses, the bigger the neighborhood and the most expensive areas will change.

This is around the Windsor Elementary Area.  I drove through this neighborhood all the time when my son went to school at Windsor.  It's a great area to raise a family.

2. North Soncy Road and FM 1061

This would be the area around Wildcat Bluff Nature Center.  This is a growing area with beautiful homes.

3. 34th Avenue Near Washington Street

This area is growing quickly.  They are building so many great businesses in this area.  Walmart, United, Lowe's are just a few that have popped up in this area in the last 10 years.  Taco Villa, Chick-Fil-A, Sonic, Roaster's are just a few of the restaurants available in the area.
