It's summer time and if you are wanting to get out of the house and enjoy the beautiful weather, you're in luck!  Blake has teamed up with Amarillo Parks and Recreation to bring you live music with the Starlight Theater.

There is nothing like heading out on a beautiful summer night and just relaxing.  Every Tuesday night this summer, Amarillo Parks and Recreation are hosting the Starlight Theater.  That means live music.

It all happens at Sam Houston Park on the corner of Line and Western.  The Starlight Theater is an outdoor concert series.  Local bands and entertainers will perform every Tuesday night.  And the best part, its absolutely free!

This will be a perfect date night, family outing, or a relaxing evening.  Grab a blanket and picnic basket and you will be set.

Tonight is the kick off and you'll get to enjoy music from The Carol Huddleston Group who performs Adult Contemporary/Country/American Light Jazz. You don't want to miss a great night out.  The show starts at 7:00 p.m. so don't be late.

Of course, if you are a band and would like to perform for a great crowd you can contact the event coordinator at 806-378-9034.
